Job Summary: We are seeking a production line leader to supervise fruit loading, unloading, handling, and packaging, coordinating teams and optimizing processes in the agricultural sector. Final product quality control We are looking for a candidate with experience leading a production line in the agricultural sector, located in Alcoletge. Main responsibilities include supervising the entire truck loading and unloading process. The role also involves fruit handling, including proper labeling and packaging. Teamwork coordination, productive process optimization, and thorough final product quality control are required, among other duties inherent to the position. This is a full-time contract, requiring 40 working hours per week. Working hours will be rotating, covering morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Saturday, within a time frame of 06:00 to 22:00, respecting legally mandated rest periods. * Minimum one year of experience in fruit warehouses as a production line supervisor. * We seek an active and responsible individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish and/or Catalan. Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
