We are excited for you to join our team as: Logistics Administrator The position’s objectives include managing administrative tasks within the logistics area. Main Responsibilities: \-Managing drivers’ routes and/or resolving existing issues therein. Entering incidents and route information for traceability. Ensuring CAP and tachograph renewals for drivers. Entering data into ERP or logistics management software. Preparing monitoring reports (costs, times, incidents). Supporting logistics planning. Handling calls or emails related to orders and shipments. Recording route and driver incidents. Reviewing supplier delivery notes and invoices. Coordinating with external transport providers. Minimum Requirements: \-Vocational training in logistics, administration and finance, or an administrative field. \-Intermediate/advanced office software proficiency.
