At **OCA Global**, a leader in Inspection, Certification, Consulting, and Sustainability, we’re looking for you! **Your Mission** As the **Delegate** of our **Regulatory Division**, you will play a key role in commercial development, team management, and achieving strategic objectives. You will report directly to the Operations Director and build your own team of technicians, with the challenge of scaling it. **Your Main Responsibilities:** * Drive **commercial growth** and strengthen loyalty among our client portfolio. * Plan and organize team activities to meet objectives. * Provide support during **inspections** and resolve **technical incidents**. * Lead team development, training, and organization. * Analyze results and define strategies to improve performance. * Provide **technical advice** to clients. * Update the Division’s data in corporate systems. **What Are We Looking For?** * **Education**: Industrial Engineering or Technical Industrial Engineering (mandatory). * Experience in business development and account retention. * Team leadership experience highly valued. You will build and lead your own team. * Valid driver’s license and technological proficiency. * Prior experience in Authorized Control Bodies or related sectors—such as maintenance, installation, or Facility Services companies—is ideal. **Key Competencies:** Results orientation, autonomy, leadership, emotional intelligence, resilience, and customer focus.
