Opportunity for growth in an innovative environment **About the Role** Operator on a hygiene products production line, manufacturing products according to defined specifications and standard operating procedures. The Converting Operator is responsible for operating assigned machines or equipment. Identify, report, and mitigate safety and risk management issues (conditions and behaviors). * Know and comply with quality and product safety standards and activities to ensure defined specifications and thereby guarantee customer and consumer satisfaction. * ***Operate, run, and supervise assigned machines or equipment during regular production shifts, in rotation and coordination with the rest of the team.*** * Know, comply with, and execute operational standards for assigned equipment and areas *via standard operating procedures* (SOPs, CIL, Centerlining, basic TPM autonomous maintenance tasks, format change activities).
