




Job Summary: Perform and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities, including commissioning and collaboration on new installations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure proper use of facilities, machinery, and tools Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for both production equipment and company facilities, addressing faults, breakdowns, and repairs as they occur. Additionally, may be responsible for daily startup of business operations and assisting in the installation of new equipment. Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintain facilities, including both repairs and preventive maintenance. • Collaborate in designing preventive maintenance plans for machinery. • Repair machinery as quickly as possible or according to the scheduled timetable, maintaining communication with plant supervisors/managers. • Collaborate with the Technical Department’s Purchasing Manager to maintain order and cleanliness in the spare parts warehouse. • Collaborate with the Technical Department’s Purchasing Manager to ensure timely and adequate supply of required spare parts to resolve breakdowns promptly. • Report material receipts and dispatches. • Participate in and support the installation of new facilities and machinery. • Ensure proper use and care of all company facilities, machinery, and tools. • Train users on maintenance, preservation, and rational use of machinery, facilities, and safety equipment. • Accurately record all maintenance activities in the computerized system. • Propose improvements regarding machinery, facilities, and their maintenance. • Support various departments (e.g., repairs, lock replacements…). • Understand fundamentals of quality, environmental management, and occupational health and safety, as well as applicable legal requirements related to maintenance activities. • Fulfill assigned responsibilities and duties concerning Occupational Health and Safety in accordance with Procedure PR A21\- 04 of the organization’s preventive activity management system.” * Experience: 2 years.
