Job Summary: We are seeking a Full-Stack Business Central developer to design and optimize an integrated architecture connecting all departments and contributing to digital transformation. Actively contribute to digital transformation We are looking for a developer to join our team at our headquarters in Barcelona. Your mission will be to design an integrated architecture in Microsoft Business Central that connects all our departments—from opportunity identification (Marketing/Sales) to final delivery—including R\+D and internal project management. This will integrate our industrial capabilities and actively contribute to our digital transformation. **Your Responsibilities:** Full-Stack Business Central Development: Development of robust and scalable AL extensions. IT System Architecture: Ensure data consistency across modules: * **Front Office:** Marketing and Sales (CRM, projects) * **Operations:** Procurement, Replenishment, and Industrial Flows (MRP, Production) * **Integration and Data:** Manage Business Central’s connection with the Power Platform ecosystem (Power Automate for multi-functional workflows, Power BI for analytics). * **Business Support:** Translate diverse business needs into simple, effective technical solutions for end users. **Desired Profile** **Technical Experience** Strong proficiency in AL language and APIs, with ability to perform technical analysis of functional requirements. Experience in evolutionary and corrective ERP maintenance. **Business Vision** Ability to understand the cross-functional impact of processes: how a poorly recorded sale can affect raw material procurement and production planning, or how a delay in project management can jeopardize a sale. **Professional Experience** Solid knowledge of the industrial environment and a holistic view of management processes (Finance, Sales, Procurement) is mandatory. **Mindset and Competencies** User-oriented, pragmatic approach, and ability to question and optimize existing processes. **Languages** Intermediate/advanced level of English, both spoken and written. **What Will Set You Apart** Understanding that a truly efficient ERP is one where information flows agilely and coherently across departments. **Requirements** Degree in Computer Engineering or related field Prior experience in Microsoft Business Central programming Intermediate/advanced level of English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, ERP…).
