Interest in continuous learning and professional development **Job Description:** We are looking for an Operations Director motivated to commit to a long-term project and interested in developing expertise within the field of electrical installations and renewable energy. **Job Mission:** The selected candidate will be responsible for directing, optimizing, and scaling all operations of the retail company, ensuring proper interaction with the Spanish electricity system, service quality, and business profitability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily operations at OMEI, REE, and OMI/OMIE. * Manage demand provisioning. * Billing and back-office operations. * Customer service and service quality. * Regulation and regulatory compliance. * Cost optimization. * Team management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Energy, Telecommunications or related fields) * MBA or Master’s degree in Energy is desirable. * Training in the Spanish electricity market is desirable. * Interest in continuous learning and professional development. * 3–6 years of experience in the sector. * Experience in team management. **Offered:** * Permanent contract. * Fixed salary plus variable component. * Financial bonuses. * Hybrid work model (on-site + remote work) according to company policies. * High operational responsibility.
