A future we have been defining for years alongside our employees, inventing solutions that transform how people work — enabling sustainable performance. **What will be your key objectives as a Payroll Consultant?** You will be responsible for the **comprehensive management of our clients’ payroll processes**, ensuring all activities are executed efficiently and in full compliance with applicable regulations. As a Payroll Consultant, you will: * Manage and operate payroll processes, including salary reconciliations, review of tax forms 111 and 190, and entry of values into relevant systems. * Monitor and review payroll-related accounting processes, ensuring all calculations are accurate and aligned with current legislation. * Manage severance settlements, including calculation and settlement of employee entitlements upon contract termination. * Calculate dismissal indemnities in accordance with legal regulations and ensure correct execution in each case. * Coordinate daily follow-up with the client to guarantee that all payroll activities proceed according to the established schedule. * Ensure the client receives clear and timely information regarding the status of their payroll processes and any incidents that may arise. **About You** -------------------- * Vocational training qualification (FP) in Administration and Finance, or equivalent education in administrative or HR-related fields. * **2\-3 years of experience** in similar roles within personnel administration and payroll. * Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law, tax and social security procedures, and payroll management tools (experience with Meta4 PeopleNet is an advantage). * **Attention to detail**, to ensure accuracy across all payroll processes. * **Excellent communication skills**, **proactivity**, ability to **take initiative**, and **adapt quickly** to legislative and organizational changes. *Beyond professional competencies, we seek talented professionals eager to demonstrate and explore their potential by opening new opportunities with us.
