




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to perform tasks including telephone support, order and goods management, delivery note organization, and logistical assistance. An indefinite full-time employment contract is offered, with a split working schedule from 08:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00, including statutory breaks. The salary during the first year is €1,400 gross per month (12 payments). Required qualifications: Higher Vocational Training Cycle or university degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE); prior experience is not required. \- Telephone support for order reception. \- Entering orders into the system. \- Inputting goods and dispatching finished products (via computer systems). Work will involve two RP computer systems. \- Tasks related to organizing purchase and sales delivery notes.
