Teamwork in a dynamic environment. **Sushitake**, a leading company in sushi and Asian cuisine preparation, is seeking a **Sushi Chef** to work at its retail location in **Castro Urdiales**. The main responsibilities include preparing sushi and other menu items in accordance with our brand’s quality and presentation standards, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining high levels of hygiene and food safety. Additionally, the candidate must supervise ingredient quality and manage inventory, placing orders as needed. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in Japanese cuisine. * Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, fish cutting, and safe handling of raw foods. * Ability to work in a dynamic environment. * Attention to detail and passion for dish presentation and quality. * Communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
