Job Summary: Meat processing and food production operator responsible for reception, slaughter, processing, classification, tool and machinery handling, and compliance with hygiene regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Reception and inspection of animals and products on the production line 2. Precise and safe handling of knives and metal tools 3. Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations MEAT PROCESSING AND FOOD PRODUCTION OPERATOR. Essential Requirements: \- Disability degree of 33% or higher. \- Minimum 12 months of experience in the position. \- Physical stamina. Availability to work rotating shifts. \- Driver's license and personal vehicle if not residing in Guissona. The company offers an indefinite-term contract, full-time schedule. Working hours follow a rotating shift system. Monthly gross salary: €1,785. • Receiving and positioning animals on the slaughter line. • Slaughtering and bleeding according to established protocols. • Scalding, dehairing or plucking, and evisceration. • Cutting and separating different parts of the animal (carcasses). • Receiving and positioning products on the production line. • Selecting and classifying products according to quality and size. • Precise and safe handling of knives and metal tools. • Strict compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. • Operation of packaging, labeling, and weighing machines. • Data entry into computer systems for production tracking. • Cleaning and basic maintenance of the work area and machinery. 12 months of experience.
