Summary: We are seeking a Cook to prepare and cook dishes, manage the kitchen, control inventory, and coordinate with the kitchen assistant. Highlights: 1. Full-time schedule with split shifts. Prior experience in kitchen and food service is required. Organizational skills, teamwork, and contribution of new proposals are desirable. Preparation of all food items and preparations prior to service. Cooking, preparing, and managing dishes while coordinating\-with the kitchen assistant. Kitchen organization, basic inventory control, and placing orders with suppliers. 6 months of experience.
