Job Summary: We are seeking a machine operator or production handler to carry out production operations, lead format changes, and contribute to continuous improvement at a leading company in cosmetics and healthcare products. Actively contribute to the success of globally recognized brands. **Your Responsibilities** ----------------- * Perform production operations according to established sequences and quality standards. * Carry out roll changes, splices, material replenishment, and equipment adjustments. * Lead and assist in format changes following defined SOPs. * Transport goods and maintain a tidy and clean workplace. * Complete production documentation and perform sample testing and inspections. * Identify and report incidents, implement contingency measures, and participate in continuous process improvement. * Comply with safety regulations, use equipment and PPE correctly, and contribute to sustainability and waste management. **Your Profile** ------------- * Technical vocational education (medium-level qualification). * Minimum 2 years of experience as a machine operator or production handler in consumer goods manufacturing companies. * Knowledge of GMPs and regulations for manufacturing healthcare products. * Ability to work effectively in a team and strong interpersonal skills. * Forklift operation skills (valid license is a plus). * Proficiency in using computer tools and production control systems.
