Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Production Operator to join a team in the meat industry, supporting the logistics process in a cold environment, performing loading, unloading, and return management tasks. Logistics tasks, including loading, unloading, and return management. We are looking for a Production Operator to join a team in Guissona, Lleida. This is an opportunity to become part of an established company in the meat industry. The selected candidate will support the logistics process, working in an area with cold conditions. Main responsibilities will include loading, unloading, and moving pig carcasses, following quality and safety protocols. Returns will also be managed, including receiving, sorting, and organizing goods. A proactive attitude and adaptability to a dynamic work environment are expected. Previous experience in loading, unloading, warehousing, or the meat industry will be considered. Candidates must be able to work comfortably in an environment with temperatures between 0 and 8 degrees Celsius. Experience operating electric pallet trucks and knowledge of cold-chain logistics equipment are advantageous. Full availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) is required. Minimum one year of experience in similar roles, preferably in loading, unloading, warehousing, or the meat industry. Demonstrated ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (between 0 and 8 °C). Experience operating electric pallet trucks is valued. Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). Residency in Guissona or nearby areas is preferred.
