Your primary role within the company will be to support the Head Chef in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes from the gastronomic menu, following guidelines set by the Head Chef and Deputy Head Chef, according to the pre-agreed menu and adhering to established safety, hygiene, and environmental protection regulations. This posting applies to our hotels Insotel Tarida Beach and Insotel Tarida Playa located in Sant Josep de sa Talaia. Your main responsibilities will be: Providing support in preparing assigned dishes under the guidance of your supervisor, the Station Chef. Ensuring excellent presentation of dishes. Knowing and preparing standardized recipes and specifications for all products prepared in the kitchen department. Reporting ingredient requirements to the Station Chef. Cleaning and organizing your station. Following previously agreed service instructions. Performing other duties inherent to the department.
