Your primary role within the company will be to support maintenance and repair tasks for surfaces, ensuring that guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces maintain a well-kept, safe appearance aligned with the establishment's quality standards, under the supervision of the Head of Engineering and Technical Services (SSTT). This vacancy is for our Insotel Tarida Beach Resort & Spa located in Sant Josep de sa Talaia - Cala Tarida. Your main responsibilities will include: * Preparing work areas by protecting floors, furniture, glass, and decorative elements before commencing painting tasks. * Assisting with wall, ceiling, wood, and other surface repairs, sanding, plastering, and preparation. * Collaborating on the application of paints, varnishes, enamels, and coatings, following instructions from the foreman or maintenance supervisor. * Performing touch-up and finishing tasks in guest rooms, corridors, common areas, terraces, and other hotel facilities. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and proper storage of tools, materials, and products used. * Complying with occupational health and safety, security, and hygiene regulations specific to the hotel environment. * Supporting the maintenance team in addressing minor issues related to finishes, sealing, and visible defects. * In return for your commitment, we offer: * Excellent work environment. * Competitive salary * Stable position (summer season) with real opportunities for professional development. * Prior experience in painting, basic maintenance, or similar roles, preferably in hotels, buildings, or tourism-related environments. * Basic knowledge of surface preparation and paint application. * Ability to work in an organized, efficient, and detail-oriented manner.
