Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage maritime container entries and exits, coordinate with transport companies, and file documentation at a maritime terminal. A key role in the logistics chain operation **Administrative Assistant – Boluda Maritime Terminals** **Location:** Tenerife We are looking to hire an **Administrative Assistant** to perform administrative tasks at the Tenerife terminal. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Control maritime container entries and exits** at the terminal * **Coordinate with transport companies** * **File daily documentation** (delivery notes, acceptance documents, customs documents, etc.) * **Verify proper operation** of the terminal’s automatic gate system **Requirements:** * Intermediate Vocational Training in Administrative Management or Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) * B2 level English is desirable, as well as knowledge of customs documentation and/or warehouse management * Rotating shifts (mornings from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. / afternoons from 1:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. / one Saturday per month from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) **About Us:** Boluda Corporación Marítima traces its origins back to 1837 with the founding of Naviera Fos, a maritime transportation company operating in Mediterranean ports.
