




Job Summary: An operational coordinator who will act as the liaison between management and staff, managing daily operations, personnel, fleets, and incidents. Key Points: 1. Administrative and organizational management experience required **MISSION:** You will act as the liaison between the Canary Islands branch manager and staff to coordinate daily operations. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Participate in shift schedule preparation, proposing solutions for adjustments due to: justified absences, sick leaves, new hires, vacations, holidays, etc. * Monitor staffing levels according to workload volume. * Supervise petty cash closing and expense report filing. * Fleet management: monitoring and supervision of the status of our vehicle fleet and accidents. * Handle potential incidents reported by customers and partners. * Track the administrative process for requesting and approving/rejecting vacations, leaves of absence, justified absences, permits, personal matters, and similar. **REQUIREMENTS** * Vocational Training (FP) qualification in Administration and Finance / Logistics and Transport; a university degree is desirable. * Over 4 years of experience in similar roles (administrative staff, workshop manager, team leader, controller). * Ability to self-organize, anticipate needs, and prioritize tasks. * Problem-solving orientation. * Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, formulas). Desirable experience in related sectors: roadside assistance, car rental, workshops.
