Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations REQUISITION ID: 12462 LOCATION: Sarriguren, Navarra, ES, 31621 DEPARTMENT: Production **MISSION:** Be responsible for controlling all manufacturing processes, as well as ensuring compliance with the defined quality standards and procedures for production processes. Also verify and ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations, as well as proper use of personal protective equipment. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Train and qualify all employees to work according to Nordex instructions and standards * Be responsible for each stage of the manufacturing process and lead operators at every phase * Monitor production process timelines, manage incidents, and conduct periodic inspections * Provide training, information, and follow-up on safety matters (communication and coordination with HSE regarding workplace accidents), quality, environmental protection, and safe working methods to ensure proper section operation; report deviations and incidents detected during the process to the Quality Manager * Ensure compliance with plant safety programs * Collaborate closely with other departments, including Planning, within your area of responsibility * Manage inventories and coordinate with other departments **YOUR PROFILE:** * Higher Technician in Building Projects, Higher Technician in Civil Engineering Projects, Higher Technician in Construction Works Organization and Control, or another Vocational Training qualification with industrial experience or team management experience * English proficiency at least at intermediate level * Availability to be stationed at production plants for extended periods * Communication skills, organizational ability, among others **ABOUT THE NORDEX GROUP** -------------------------- The manufacture of wind energy plants in the on\-shore segment has been our core competence and passion for around 40 years.
