We are seeking to hire a Mechanical Welder to work at our client’s facilities in Berrioplano, as part of a specialized team supporting leading companies in their respective sectors. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Perform mechanical maintenance tasks—both preventive and corrective—on industrial machinery and installations. * Carry out welding operations (TIG, MIG, electrode) on structures, parts, and metallic components. * Diagnose mechanical and structural failures and propose technical solutions. * Interpret technical drawings and schematics for component fabrication or repair. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * Collaborate with the technical team to improve processes and reduce downtime. **What are we looking for?** * Training in mechanics, welding, or related fields (Vocational Training, Medium or Higher Level Degree). * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance and welding. * Proficiency in TIG, MIG, and electrode welding. * Ability to read technical and mechanical drawings and schematics. * Problem-solving mindset, autonomy, and strong teamwork skills. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract from day one. * Job stability with an industry-leading company. * Professional development and continuous training in up-to-date technologies. * Working hours Monday to Friday, central shift from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Join Gurpea!
