




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring product availability at Limagrain Field Seeds’ industrial plants in Spain by organizing and planning the supply chain. Key Highlights: 1. An attractive management position with internal growth opportunities. **Supply Chain Manager** ------------------------ Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for guaranteeing product availability across all species (cereals, maize, sunflower, rapeseed, and cotton), organizing and planning the supply chain for the productive activities of Limagrain Field Seeds’ two industrial plants located in Spain and for external collaborators, while ensuring compliance with customer specifications regarding quality, timing, cost, and safety. **Job Description** -------------------------- * Plan and coordinate supply chain activities according to demand, respecting operational costs at Limagrain Field Seeds and associated centers. * Analyze available stock, demand, and production capacity. * Identify risks proactively to ensure supply continuity both to Europe and Spain, in collaboration with Quality and Industrial teams. * Inform the European Supply Chain and Business Areas about specific supply situations (lead times, availability, etc.). * Lead Continuous Improvement for supply chain processes, regularly monitoring procurement KPIs and analyzing deviations and other issues to propose and implement action plans and improvements ensuring efficient performance. * Manage and lead the Supply Chain team (6 people), participating in its sizing and development, as well as professionally developing and training team members to foster internal commitment. **Competencies** ---------------- Collaboration Support for Sales Team Adaptability/Flexibility Communication Results Orientation Customer Orientation Organizational Skills Interpersonal Skills Leadership**Benefits and Work Environment** --------------------------------- Permanent contract and job stability within a company with a solid track record; an attractive management position offering internal growth opportunities.
