Incorporation will be immediate, as prior training and learning of the position’s specific functions are required. As a **Quality Administrator**, you will be responsible for supporting the purchasing, procurement, and transportation departments, actively collaborating with suppliers, carriers, and various internal departments. **Main Responsibilities of the Quality Administrator Position:** * * Data management and registration in internal systems. * Entry and updating of administrative information. * Filing and organization of documentation. * Control and tracking of incidents or non-conformities. * Preparation of reports and summaries. * Support and assistance to other departments (quality, production, etc.). * Management of emails and internal communications. * Data verification and error control. * Support in document management and traceability. * Compliance with established administrative procedures. * Coordination with suppliers or customers (as applicable to the position). * Support in general office tasks. **What We Offer:** * Immediate incorporation. * Full-time schedule. * Split working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00–13:00 and 14:30–18:00, and Friday 8:00–14:00\.
