




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for the automotive sector, responsible for general administration, telephone support, document management, and customer/supplier monitoring. We are seeking a person to perform administrative functions in the automotive trade sector. Main responsibilities will include general administrative management and support in various office tasks. The role also entails telephone support, document management—including invoicing—and assistance in order organization, as well as customer and supplier monitoring. Prior experience in similar positions is desirable. Professional training in administration and management is required. Customer service experience is essential, as is proficiency with invoicing or enterprise management software. Basic accounting knowledge and mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) are mandatory. We seek an organized, responsible individual with strong interpersonal skills, teamwork ability, proactivity, and organizational aptitude. A valid Class B driver’s license is considered an asset. The position offers an indefinite full-time employment contract, with working hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Remuneration will be €1,221 gross per month.
