We are recruiting an **Administrative/Accounting Officer** for Clave Capital, a manager of collective investment entities specializing in venture capital, located in the heart of Pamplona.
**What will your responsibilities be?**
* Manage daily accounting for a large number of companies, including entries for purchases, sales, payroll, treasury, and reconciliations.
* Prepare and submit routine tax returns (VAT, Personal Income Tax), as well as participate in periodic accounting closings.
* Support preparation of financial information and internal and regulatory reporting related to the CNMV (National Securities Market Commission).
* Control and maintain administrative documentation associated with the various managed companies.
* Process payments and provide support for departmental administrative procedures.
* Ensure compliance with deadlines, obligations, and internal standards—particularly during the first seven months of the year, when operational workload is highest.
* Collaborate closely with department leadership, adopting a proactive, solution-oriented, and continuously improvement-focused attitude.

**Requirements:**

**What are we looking for in you?**
* Prior experience in accounting and taxation, preferably in advisory services or managing multiple companies.
* Education aligned with this position.
* Experience with GSE and fluent English (desirable).
* Solid knowledge of general accounting: journal entry preparation, balance sheet and financial statement interpretation, etc.
* Experience filing routine taxes (VAT, Personal Income Tax).
* Ability to organize high-volume workloads, prioritize tasks, and meet demanding deadlines.
* Proactive, communicative, solution-oriented individual, willing to assume responsibilities and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
