




Job Summary: We are seeking an administration professional to develop expertise in accounting, managing financial operations, invoicing, and taxes, with support in reporting and advanced Excel usage. The position involves recording and monitoring financial transactions, managing invoicing, preparing tax filings such as VAT and Personal Income Tax (in coordination with external tax advisors), bank reconciliations, tracking accounts receivable and payable, and supporting the preparation of accounting reports. The role also includes organizing and archiving accounting documentation and applying advanced Excel techniques for analysis. A minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting tasks is required, along with strong Excel proficiency, attention to detail, numerical and organizational skills, and a proactive, results-oriented attitude.
