Job Summary: CLARÁ GROUP is seeking a Store Manager to lead and manage the Rosa Clará Pamplona store, delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensively manage the store's business. 2. Provide personalized customer service during sales and after-sales. 3. Drive sales and achieve established targets. CLARÁ GROUP seeks a Store Manager to lead and manage all activities of its Rosa Clará Pamplona store, offering our customers an exceptional experience and ensuring achievement of sales targets. The primary responsibilities of this position are: * Comprehensively manage the store's business. * Provide personalized customer service at all stages of the process, both during sales and after-sales service. * Drive store sales and achieve established targets. * Coordinate all activities necessary for the store's proper operation. * Update and expand the customer database. Requirements: * Minimum verifiable experience of 3 years as a store manager. * A goal- and incentive-oriented individual with experience in understanding and managing KPIs. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency is considered a plus. * Knowledge of garment care/alterations is considered an advantage.
