Interdisciplinary collaboration for continuous improvement. **Ingeteam**, a leading company in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is seeking to hire a Process Engineer for Electrical Test Benches for its facilities in **Sesma**, **Sarriguren (Pamplona), Zamudio or Ortuella**. The selected candidate will join the Operations C\&C Department team with the objective of ensuring definition, standardization, and optimization of production processes and their associated cycle times, thereby improving operational efficiency. The position focuses on analysis of standard times, work methods, and management of basic operations, contributing to continuous improvement and plant productivity. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes through time and motion studies (stopwatch timing, MTM) to define standards and operational sequences. * Develop and maintain technical process documentation, and collaborate with production, quality, and engineering departments to improve standards. * Drive Lean improvements (VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED), prepare productivity reports, and manage data in ERP/MES systems (SAP, Teamcenter). **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, Industrial Technologies Engineering, or Manufacturing/Process Engineering. Training in Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement is desirable. * English: B2 * Experience: Prior experience of 1 year or more in industrial environments is desirable. * IT Skills: SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency. Power BI knowledge is desirable. * Competencies: Autonomy, strong ability to interact with diverse stakeholders, negotiation skills, and capability to interpret and manage various situations and professional profiles, combining technical knowledge with interpersonal skills.
