Description
* Supervise daily, monthly, and annual accounting (journal entries, bank reconciliations, invoices, taxes, and accounting closures).
* Prepare and analyze economic\-financial reports, balance sheets, cash flow, forecasts, and budgets to support management decision-making.
* Coordinate internal and external audits, as well as the legal certification of annual accounts.
* Present and justify public and private projects and grants (local, regional, national, and European), ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines.
* Coordinate documentation for labor, tax, or grant control inspections.
* Maintain up-to-date records of the organization's legal, tax, and administrative documentation.
* Coordinate administrative procurement processes in collaboration with HR and labor advisors.
* Supervise payroll, social security, scholarships, and other payments, ensuring their proper processing.
* Develop personnel forecasts and monitor program budget execution.
* Organize, supervise, and coordinate the administration team's work, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
* Implement and improve management tools (ERP, data analysis systems), promoting digitalization and efficiency.
* Advise management and other departments on interpreting financial data and resolving administrative issues.
* Coordinate relationships with suppliers, customers, financial institutions, consultants, and public administrations.
* Ensure transparency and reliability of economic\-administrative information provided to external stakeholders.
