Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced luxury minibus driver for discretionary services, responsible for the vehicle and delivering excellent customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Daytime working hours A leading company in the luxury minibus sector in Barcelona, operating a fleet of high-end minibuses with capacities of 16–30 seats, is offering a bus driver position for a candidate with prior experience as a coach driver, thorough knowledge of Barcelona and its surrounding areas, valid driving license category D, Certificate of Professional Competence (CAP), and a valid driver’s card. Flexibility regarding working hours is essential, as is excellent customer service skills and a minimum of one year’s experience as a coach driver. Core Responsibilities – Driving the bus for assigned services – Tours, transfers, on-demand services; ensuring the vehicle is in perfect condition and clean. We offer a stable position, discretionary services (we do not cover factory shuttles or school routes), primarily serving American clients; therefore, proficiency in English and prior experience in the VIP sector will be considered advantageous. We provide holiday rosters, a pleasant working environment, and daytime working hours. Salary: Collective agreement wage + overtime pay + allowances + tips + holiday rosters + stable employment with a fixed-term discontinuous contract. Minimum Requirements: – Valid driving license category D, valid CAP certificate, valid driver’s card; prior bus driving experience is mandatory; thorough knowledge of Barcelona and its surroundings. Own vehicle required for commuting to the base in Cornellà de Llobregat.
