




Job Summary: Ingeteam is seeking an HS ADMINISTRATOR to provide administrative support in the Health and Safety (HS) area, managing HS training programs and the comprehensive management of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Maintenance of Health and Safety management systems **Ingeteam**, a leading company specializing in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, seeks an **HS ADMINISTRATOR** to provide administrative support in the Health and Safety (HS) area, managing daily activities related to the implementation, monitoring, and operation of HS training programs and the comprehensive management of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring compliance with processes and standards established by the HS Area Manager. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** ***Documentary and Administrative Management***: * Maintain the Health and Safety management system updated according to current regulations, including ISO 45001\. * Prepare, review, and distribute documentation related to HS Training and PPE procedures, policies, and strategies. * Supervise the control and recording of HS data and metrics (accidents, PPE usage, training attendance, audits, etc.). * Other complementary administrative support functions as required. ***Support for HS Training Management***: * Define and update training profiles and learning pathways. * Load planning; coordinate registrations, logistics, and follow-up of internal and external HS training courses, workshops, and meetings. * Collaborate with the People department on the administrative process for training and professional development linked to the HS area. * Ensure proper preparation of teaching materials and support communications related to training programs. ***Administrative Management of PPE***: * Support the Manager in identifying, administratively managing, and tracking PPE procurement, in close coordination with the Procurement department. * Maintain accurate records regarding PPE distribution, inventory, and renewal across various organizational areas. **EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:** * Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration or related to Occupational Risk Prevention. Additional training in Health and Safety regulations will be valued. * Knowledge of PPE management tools and Health and Safety management systems based on ISO 45001. * Prior experience in similar administrative tasks, preferably within Health and Safety in industrial or technological company environments. * Experience in regulatory documentation management and record-keeping maintenance systems in HS. ***Key Competencies***: * Organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency in data management and report generation to support decision-making. * Ability to use office software as well as specific HS and PPE management software. * **Languages**: Intermediate level of English for interaction with suppliers and international teams.
