The main tasks and responsabilities will be as follow: **MY TASKS:** * Management and organization of departmental documentation and databases * Support in the management and acquisition of visas required by different business areas * Support in communication with employees and internal departments * Review and maintenance of the quality of information recorded in HR systems related to employee mobility * Support functions in international mobility, including assignment agreements, international taxation, and social security compliance for international assignments **MY PROFILE:** * Bachelor degree in International relations, Tourism, Human Resources or similar * Proficiency level in English and Spanish is needed (C1\) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proactive, creative and dinamic profile is required **YOUR BENEFITS:** In addition to the opportunity to make our world a little more sustainable, we offer you: * Some offers may vary by location *Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
