Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Operator for a winery, responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, support for bottling operations, and equipment management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment. 2. Support for the bottling line and document management. 3. Collaboration on process improvements and fostering a positive work environment. We are looking for a person to perform maintenance tasks at a winery located in the Salnés area. Main responsibilities will include both preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as providing support to the bottling line when required. You will also participate in the installation and adjustment of industrial equipment, ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards. Tasks include document management—creating or completing work orders—as well as organizing and updating equipment records and manuals. Maintaining up-to-date spare parts inventory, workplace order and cleanliness, and preparing for harvest installations—including assembly and incident resolution—is essential. You will collaborate on machine safety inspections and ensure the availability and good condition of tools and consumables. Participation in training sessions and proposing maintenance process improvements is highly valued. This is a temporary contract. * Qualification in industrial maintenance or related field. * Residence near the workplace. * Availability for occasional weekend on-call duties. * Prior experience as a maintenance operator in industrial environments; experience in food manufacturing facilities is highly desirable. **Offered:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07\-15h, with possible weekend on-call duties and/or harvest-related work. * Potential for long-term employment. * Company with a positive work environment.
