We seek organized, responsible, and dynamic individuals eager to join a kitchen team and contribute to various tasks essential for ensuring smooth service operations. Key responsibilities: * Assisting in food preparation and cooking, both cold and hot dishes. * Preparing ingredients: washing, peeling, cutting, and other pre-cooking tasks. * Supporting the kitchen team during service and production activities. * Adhering to hygiene, food safety, and food storage protocols. * Receiving, storing, and properly preserving raw materials. * Managing and organizing product stock. * Cleaning and maintaining kitchen utensils, equipment, and facilities. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area during and after service. ### **Requirements** 1\. Prior experience as a Catering Assistant, preferably within the collective catering sector. 2\. Basic knowledge of food hygiene, food handling, and HACCP principles. 3\. Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions from the kitchen supervisor. 4\. Organized, responsible, and highly motivated individual. 5\. Full and immediate availability. 6\.
