Our purpose is to ensure universal access to clean, efficient, and high-quality energy. **Do you share our energy?** **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor project / program / portfolio progress (margin, deadlines, scope) with each local responsible person using appropriate, identified tools (SAP PS module, Monday, Businessmap, or similar). * Ensure proper application of departmental procedures and policies. Review, modify, and implement new processes as required. * Analyze and jointly define the overall business strategy with the Product Manager, as well as sales forecasts, to determine with each local responsible person the necessary structure (people, resources) to correctly execute required scopes. * Identify risks and deviations and define required actions (internal to the department or involving other departments). * Consolidate project information and prepare KPI reports (overall margin, monthly invoicing) for the corresponding Regional Operations Manager. * Maintain and update the reference list for the Digital Measurement business. **Requirements:** * Degree in Technical or Higher Engineering (preferably in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering) * PMP certification is valued * Experience in project execution areas, preferably in the electronics / electrical / renewable energy sector * Advanced technical English proficiency with frequent use in a professional context **Competencies:** * Team management capability and experience * Focus on deadlines and results * Leadership and strong communication skills * Holistic vision * Customer orientation **We Offer:** * The opportunity to join a purpose-driven company with strong values, committed to innovation, sustainability, and people. * The chance to be part of a close-knit team with real impact on internal and external organizational communication. * A positive work environment and opportunities for professional development. * Flexible working hours and other benefits supporting work-life balance. * Competitive salary aligned with the candidate’s experience. * Continuous learning and training. * Innovative tools to support your work.
