The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with our customers’ and strategic partners’ quality requirements, guaranteeing alignment with applicable regulations and standards within a highly demanding and technological environment. In this position, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in business-critical initiatives, representing ITP Aero in the various working groups and international consortia in which we collaborate. You will work cross-functionally across different organizational areas and with external partners, contributing to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze applicable quality, regulatory, and standard requirements for Defense programs, ensuring their proper implementation across the organization and supply chain. * Manage non-conformities, customer complaints, and corrective actions. * Support the management of the Quality Management System for consortia in which ITP participates in the Defense sector, assisting in drafting or updating consortium quality procedures. * Participate in internal, customer, and certification audits. * Analyze quality metrics and drive improvement plans with Operational Units, periodically monitoring their progress. * Collaborate with Engineering and Production to ensure the quality of delivered products and provide support for products in service. * Perform certification activities for ITP Aero products. **What profile are we looking for?** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical qualification. * Experience: 1\-2 years in quality management within industrial environments (preferably aerospace and defense programs). * Technical knowledge is valued: + Proficiency in quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 8D, SCRA...), data analysis, and EDR (SAP). + Familiarity with AS9100, EN9100, PERAM, PECAL. * Languages: English level B2 or higher. * Skills: + Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration + Results-oriented and customer-focused mindset * + Effective communication + Proactivity and autonomy + Problem-solving ability **This project may interest you if…** You are interested in the aerospace industry and wish to be part of a sector facing major technological challenges, with activities conducted internationally. **Where is the location?** Zamudio (Bilbao) **What do we offer?** You will join a multidisciplinary team, with competitive remuneration plus a highly attractive compensation package including various social benefits and guaranteed career progression aligned with your professional growth.
