Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Technician to manage recruitment processes, training, document management, and coordination of occupational health and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage recruitment and onboarding processes 2. Coordinate training and manage internship profiles 3. Support employees and handle incident management **Description:** ---------------- We are currently looking for an **HR TECHNICIAN.** **Description**: * Recruitment, onboarding, and updating of job applicant databases. * Planning and coordination of staff training. * Management and planning of internship profiles in collaboration with associations and foundations. * Document management and reporting of incidents/supplements to the labor department. * Coordination and monitoring of occupational health and safety. * Support for employees across Eder Arretak’s various centers. * Handling and management of incidents reported to the legal/labor department. * Management and coordination of leaves of absence, permits, vacations, etc. **Offered:** * Temporary contract. * Full-time position. * Salary according to the National Dependency Agreement. * Start date: July 2. **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources. * Proficiency in office software is desirable. * Minimum 12 months of experience in the sector. ***Macrosad, a cooperative committed to gender equality.***
