At Ormazabal, you will find a space to design your future—and the world’s. **JOB DESCRIPTION** We seek to incorporate a person into the Sheet Metal Working team, in the Assembly role. **Responsibilities:** * Based on process sheets, autonomously and accurately carry out standardized assembly of bases, covers, and other metal structures. * Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and facilities (cleaning, resolving minor incidents following established procedures, etc.). Assumes and performs management tasks corresponding to their role as a member of a self-sufficient cell (placing orders with external and internal suppliers, production planning, communication with suppliers, occupational health and safety, etc.) * **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Qualification obtained **within the last three years.** + Intermediate Vocational Training in Machining. + Advanced Vocational Training in Mechanical Manufacturing Design. + Advanced Vocational Training in Production Programming for Mechanical Manufacturing. + Advanced Vocational Training in Metal Structures. + Professional Certification in Auxiliary Operations for Mechanical Manufacturing (FMEE0108) + Complete Professional Certification in Mechanical Machining, Forming, and Mechanical Assembly Production (FMEM0209) * **Valuable Experience:** In industrial companies performing manual and mechanical production processes. * **Knowledge:** Blueprint interpretation, Kaizen methodology, continuous improvement processes. * **Competencies:** + **Attention to Detail:** Focus on tasks to ensure high-quality outcomes. + **Teamwork:** We operate on a production line involving multiple people, where one person’s activities impact others’. Maintaining a positive working environment that fosters communication is also essential. + **Leadership:** Understood as taking ownership and initiative over one’s daily activities. * **Other Requirements:** + Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle available for commuting to the workplace. + Availability to work rotating shifts (three shifts). + Availability to start work within less than one month. **CONDITIONS** * Employment contract with the company, initially for 6 months; possible extension (+6). * Company collective agreement. * Annual calendar with fixed payroll payment dates and punctual compliance. * Company application for communications, calendars, payrolls, etc. * Good working environment and camaraderie. * Learning opportunities and dedicated personnel assigned to train new hires.
