The primary mission will be to **strengthen system monitoring and observability capabilities**, participating in the creation of a stable team dedicated to incident detection, analysis, and resolution. **Main Responsibilities** * **Administration and operation of monitoring platforms based on Splunk and ELK.** * Design and implementation of **observability solutions.** * **Proactive monitoring** of systems and identification of incidents. * **Log analysis** and event correlation. * **Creation of dashboards, alerts, and reports.** * Collaboration with technical teams to resolve issues. * Continuous improvement of monitoring processes and incident response. **Location and Work Modality** * Madrid (capital) * **Hybrid modality**: 3 remote working days and 2 on-site days per week **If you are motivated by the challenge of building monitoring and observability capabilities from scratch in a high-impact environment, this opportunity is for you.** ### **Minimum Requirements** **Requirements** * **Prior experience working with Splunk and/or ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).** * Knowledge of **monitoring, observability, and log analysis.** * Experience in **complex system environments.** * Ability to **analyze and resolve incidents.** * Experience working in **teams** and structured environments. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in projects for the public administration. * **Knowledge of automation and scripting.** * Experience with **APM or advanced monitoring tools.** * Knowledge of **cybersecurity.** ### **Competencies** * elasticsearch * system administration * splunk * observability * elastic kibana * monitoring * ELK * Logstash
