At Ormazabal, you will find a space to design your future — and that of the rest of the world. **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are looking to hire a person for the Metal Fabrication team, in the Assembly role. **Responsibilities:** * Based on process sheets, independently and accurately perform standardized assembly of bases, covers, and other metal structures. * Carry out basic preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and facilities (cleaning, resolving minor incidents following established procedures, etc.). Assumes and performs management tasks corresponding to their role as a member of the self-sufficient production cell (e.g., placing orders with suppliers and internal departments, production planning, communication with suppliers, occupational health and safety, etc.) * **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Qualification obtained **within the last 3 years.** + Intermediate Vocational Training in Machining. + Advanced Vocational Training in Mechanical Manufacturing Design. + Advanced Vocational Training in Production Programming for Mechanical Manufacturing. + Advanced Vocational Training in Metal Structures. + Professional Certification in Auxiliary Mechanical Manufacturing Operations (FMEE0108\) + Complete Professional Certification in Mechanical Machining, Forming, and Mechanical Assembly Production (FMEM0209\) * **Valued Experience:** In industrial companies carrying out manual and mechanical production processes. * **Knowledge:** Blueprint interpretation, Kaizen methodology, continuous improvement processes. * **Competencies:** + **Attention to Detail:** Focusing carefully on tasks to ensure high-quality outcomes. + **Teamwork:** Working on a production line alongside others, where individual activities directly impact those of colleagues. Maintaining a positive work environment that fosters open communication is also essential. + **Leadership:** Understood as taking ownership and initiative in one’s daily responsibilities. * **Other Requirements:** + Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle available for commuting to the workplace. + Availability to work rotating shifts (3 shifts). + Availability to start employment within less than one month. **CONDITIONS** * Contract through the company, initially for 6 months, with possibility of extension \+6\. * Company collective agreement. * Annual calendar with fixed payroll payment dates and punctual compliance. * Company application for communications, calendars, pay slips, etc. * Positive work environment and camaraderie. * Opportunities for learning, with dedicated personnel assigned to train new hires.
