The position involves efficient and safe delivery of packages along established routes. The workday begins at the Valle de Trápaga\-Trapagaran logistics center, where the van is loaded with pre-assigned goods and an optimized route. From there, the employee enjoys autonomy in organizing their day, driving through rural and semi-urban areas — a quieter, less stressful environment than urban traffic. Responsibilities include making deliveries in an orderly manner, ensuring a positive customer experience and cargo safety. No prior experience is required, as practical one-day training is provided to learn the procedures. The schedule is stable, with morning shifts and 38 weekly working hours, starting around 10:00 AM. The weekly schedule is adjusted according to routes, with no split shifts or night shifts. Remuneration is €12.13 per gross hour, with exact payment for hours worked. For this position, a valid driver’s license with at least one year of validity and 8 available points is required, as well as personal transportation to reach the logistics center. Immediate availability and a responsible, solution-oriented attitude are valued, along with the ability to work outdoors and set one’s own pace.
