Currently, as a personnel recruitment consultancy, we are seeking an **Electromechanical Maintenance Technician** for our client, based in **Lorca**. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Perform corrective maintenance on machinery breakdowns in the manufacturing process, as well as on technical installations and buildings, aiming for efficient resolution. * Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery and installations, aiming to minimize breakdowns and resolve them in the shortest possible time. * Perform necessary operational actions for technical installations, aiming to optimize technical/economic performance and ensure the installation delivers the required service. * Train and guide production operators on proper machinery handling. * Propose technical improvements to machinery with the aim of reducing breakdown frequency. * Comply with applicable policies, standards, and instructions related to Quality Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, etc., relevant to the position. **REQUIREMENTS** * Proven experience as a **maintenance technician (electrical/mechanical)**. * Solid knowledge of **mechanics, electricity, automation, pneumatics, and CMMS**. * Experience in team supervision and supplier management is desirable. * Technical education in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or similar field. * Residence in Lorca or nearby towns. **What does the company offer?** * Opportunities for technical and professional development through continuous training. * A collaborative and dynamic environment that values continuous improvement. * Joining a highly qualified and committed team. * Professional development within a leading company in the food industry. * **Salary range: €25,000–€30,000 gross per annum.** Reclut is a boutique recruitment and headhunting consultancy.
