Job Summary: We are seeking staff to provide daily assistance and support to residents of an elderly care facility, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Key Highlights: 1. Daily assistance and support to residents. 2. Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of elderly residents. 3. Indefinite-term contract with full-time hours and rotating shifts. We are looking for individuals to work at the elderly residence located in Maltrana de Mena, in the Valle de Mena. The primary objective of this position is to provide daily assistance and support to residents who require help with routine tasks, such as personal hygiene, feeding, repositioning, and constant companionship. The aim is to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of elderly residents at all times during their stay. The offered contract is indefinite-term with full-time working hours. The schedule is organized into rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, always respecting legally mandated rest periods. Additionally, a permanent psycho-emotional support service is available. Candidates must hold a qualification as a nursing auxiliary technician, a qualification in caring for dependent persons, or the sociosanitary professional certification.
