We are looking to hire a Receptionist on a temporary contract for our **Hotel Akeah Broncemar**, located in San Bartolomé de Tirajana, Las Palmas. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Assist with guest billing, while carrying out administrative and commercial duties appropriate to the role. * Participate in guest check-in/check-out procedures, ensuring accurate registration records and assigning rooms/apartments accordingly. * Serve as an information resource for guests on topics such as city activity recommendations, restaurant suggestions, and transportation options. * Fulfill guest requests by providing proactive, unique, and personalized solutions; handle complaints and grievances, escalating them to supervisors for resolution. * Respond to requests received via telephone and/or email regarding stays, reservations, or external partners wishing to contact the team. * Lastly, but not least importantly, you must demonstrate empathy and initiative in addressing guest needs. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a similar position. * Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and reservation systems. * English proficiency. * Additional languages are valued.
