




Job Summary: We are seeking a receptionist to handle visitor reception, correspondence management, facility monitoring, and administrative tasks in the office's general operations. Main responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing telephone and electronic correspondence, and monitoring facilities to ensure security. Additionally, the role involves various administrative and logistical tasks, as well as activities related to the office and business's general operations. The candidate is also expected to perform other duties inherent to the position. The position is full-time, with a weekly commitment of 40 hours. Workdays are Monday through Sunday, with rotating shifts that may be from 07:30 to 15:30, from 15:00 to 23:00, or from 11:00 to 19:00\. Applicable legal rest periods will be observed. * Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position. * We seek a responsible and proactive individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable. * \- Advanced level of English. \- French is an asset. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
