**What will be your mission?** You will join the Public Relations team at Hotel Hovima Costa Adeje, a 4-star adults-only hotel, where your goal will be to deliver personalized, excellence-level service to our guests. You will handle incidents, suggestions, and special requirements, ensuring an impeccable stay tailored to a discerning adult clientele seeking memorable experiences. **Your key responsibilities** * Provide direct customer service, especially in cases of incidents, special requests, and VIP guest assistance. * Support management of relevant hotel information: updating signage, activities, construction works, or service modifications. * Coordinate with other departments and external suppliers to ensure rapid and effective responses to any guest need. * Assist in organizing on-site hotel events and activities, consistently maintaining quality standards and attention to detail. * Collaborate in collecting guest feedback and continuously improving the customer experience. **Profile requirements** **Education:** * University degree or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Tourism, Tourism Accommodation Management, or related fields. * Fluent command of **Spanish** and **English** (spoken and written). * Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, email, etc.). **Experience:** * At least 1 year of experience in the tourism sector or direct customer service, preferably in hotels of similar category. **Additional qualifications we will value positively:** * Postgraduate studies in Hotel Management, Communications, Protocol, or related fields. * Complementary courses in customer service, event management, or institutional relations. * Knowledge of other languages (German, French, Italian, etc.). **Job conditions** * Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon), including weekends and public holidays. * Internal mobility within the hotel according to operational needs. * Professional environment focused on detail and personalized service in an adults-only hotel. **What do we offer you?** * The opportunity to join an established brand in the tourism sector in Tenerife. * A dynamic, professional work environment focused on quality. * Learning and development opportunities within the HOVIMA Hotels chain.
