Home Care Assistant – Fuerteventura At **Cataleya Eldery Care**, we are preparing to launch **new home care routes in Fuerteventura** and are seeking to hire **Home Care Assistants** for our team. We are looking for responsible, committed individuals with a vocation for caring for and supporting older adults, who wish to join a stable and growing project. Responsibilities * Providing care and support to older adults in their homes. * Daily accompaniment and supervision. * Assistance with basic activities of daily living. * Promoting the user’s autonomy, well-being, and participation. * Monitoring service routines and needs. * Reporting any incidents related to care. Conditions * **Indefinite-term contract.** * **Morning shift.** * Immediate start. * Service stability and continuity. * Positive working environment. * Contract and conditions according to collective agreement. Requirements * **Personal vehicle, mandatory**, for traveling between clients’ homes. * **Nursing Auxiliary Technician (TCAE)** or **Technician in Care for Dependent Persons** qualification, mandatory. * Prior experience in home care or eldercare is desirable. * Immediate availability. * Responsibility, empathy, and service orientation. * Ability to work autonomously.
