For our **Blue Bay Lanzarote** hotel, located in **Costa Teguise**, we are looking to hire a **Dishwasher / Kitchen Office Assistant** to contribute to the smooth operation of the food and beverage area, ensuring cleanliness, order, and operational support to the kitchen team. **RESPONSIBILITIES** ***What will you do daily?*** * Clean and disinfect tableware, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. * Maintain proper order and cleanliness in assigned office, kitchen, and common areas. * Manage appropriate use of dishwashing equipment and cleaning products. * Collaborate in proper waste collection and disposal according to established procedures. * Support the kitchen team in basic tasks as needed. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Identify and report incidents related to equipment or materials. **Requirements:** --------------- ***We’d love you if you have...*** ***Mandatory*** * Prior experience in similar roles within hotels, restaurants, or catering services. * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling regulations. * Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions. * Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented attitude. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Residence on the island of Lanzarote. ***Preferred*** * Previous experience in resort hotels. * Knowledge of high-volume kitchen operations. ***What do we offer?*** Being a **W2M·People** member has its advantages, because our team’s well-being is our top priority.
