Proficiency in official tools and platforms We are seeking a professional for the Labor Consulting Department in Oviedo (Asturias). Main responsibilities include providing technical advice to companies on hiring, potential bonuses, and termination of employment contracts—such as dismissals or contract expiration. The role also involves creating and managing contracts via official platforms, as well as payroll processing and social security procedures through the RED System and SILTRA. At least three years of prior experience in similar positions is required, preferably within consulting firms or management agencies. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools—especially Excel and Word—is essential, along with advanced experience in payroll management software such as A3 or Sage. Fluency in the RED System, SILTRA, Contrat@, and Delta is fundamental. Professional registration is considered an advantage. This position offers an indefinite-term, full-time contract, with morning and afternoon shifts, and a salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
