Key responsibilities include: * Performing preventive, corrective, and conductive maintenance tasks on HVAC and electrical installations across diverse buildings: AFS, ACS, and PCI networks; cooling towers; hot water boilers; refrigeration plants; heat pumps; air conditioners; primary air ventilation and treatment systems; electrical installations, etc. We offer: * Permanent contract. * Continuous training. * Company vehicle. Immediate hiring, job stability, and negotiable compensation based on candidate experience are offered. **Requirements** -------------- * Vocational Training: Technician in Installation and Maintenance of Refrigeration, HVAC, and Heat Production Systems; Electrical and Automation Installations; or equivalent professional experience and/or qualifications (e.g., Professional Certificates).
