Continuous training and benefits for being part of the Pérez Moreno Group. **Description:** ---------------- At Relaxia Resorts, a company within the Pérez Moreno Group dedicated to tourism in the Canary Islands, we are looking to hire a **Maintenance Manager with experience in the hotel sector** for our Relaxia Olivina\*\*\*\* hotel located in Puerto del Carmen (Lanzarote). **The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards, with the aim of delivering optimal service to both guests and all hotel departments.** Responsibilities: * Organize, coordinate, and supervise the maintenance team. * Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities. * Ensure proper operation of equipment, machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other infrastructure. * Supervise repairs, renovations, and work carried out by external contractors. * Monitor inventory levels of materials, tools, and spare parts as required. * Ensure compliance with current regulations regarding safety, occupational risk prevention, and facility maintenance. * Coordinate with hotel management and other departments to maintain the overall condition of the property. Employment Conditions: * Full-time position * Monday to Friday, morning shift * Indefinite-term contract * Salary according to the Las Palmas Hospitality Collective Agreement.
